Processing/Shipping Information: Processing build-time for products varies from product to product. This time can range from 2 weeks – 5 weeks for your order to be built. Each product is handcrafted; therefore, the build-time/processing time is varied and can be longer than estimated. Each product has it’s build-time listed within the description.
UPS Ground/UPS Worldwide: Barndust & Paints ship using UPS.
International Clients (Clients OUTSIDE of the United States): Shipping outside of the United States may require VAT charges and/or additional duty fees/taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer. Barndust & Paints do not pay for these fees; we ship DDU (Dutys/Taxes/other charges UNPAID). The customer will be responsible for payment based on their country's regulations and fees. You must submit your email address AND phone number in order for your package to be shipped. UPS will communicate with you when your package has cleared customs and let you know what additional amount (If any) that you owe.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS WITH UPS AND YOU PROVIDED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS: We want to help you. Please understand that Barndust & Paints is not responsible for mistakes with shipping addresses entered by the customer- so please make sure you validate that. But if you realize after receiving a shipping notification and UPS has your package already, here are your options listed in order which will give you the most success but whichever one you choose- must be done today.
- Create a free account using UPS's service called "UPS's My Choice." This allows you to do some cool things. Such as reroute or reschedule package deliveries, leave driver instructions, track and manage multiple packages at once. - IF your package's tracking number starts with "1Z65" it shipped via UPS. So, see if you can make the change somehow calling UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS® (1-800-742-5877). I do not think this will be possible- but make sure to reference your tracking number. If they state to call us- that is because, OPTION 3 below is what must be done.
- For us to change the address- it has to be done through the UPS software system and there is a UPS fee applied to us. We then charge you that same fee. It will average around $20. If this is the path you want to take, call us ASAP and provide your credit card information so a "UPS Intercept" can be initiated. Again, UPS charges a fee for this! We pass on to you our discounted fee versus the straight fee UPS would charge you if you walked into a UPS store.
